Cardio is great for your heart, fantastic at burning fat and brilliant for your overall health, and thatâ€™s why we feel that everyone should make room for cardio in their workout routine. If you canâ€™t run and you get puffed out just walking to the shops, whatâ€™s the point of looking like The Rock or a bodybuilder? You owe it to your body to ensure your heart is health and spending 1 hour on the treadmill once a week can be very good for you. Or even better, go for a run and get outside of the gym environment for a change.
