Cardio is great for your heart, fantastic at burning fat and brilliant for your overall health, and that’s why we feel that everyone should make room for cardio in their workout routine. If you can’t run and you get puffed out just walking to the shops, what’s the point of looking like The Rock or a bodybuilder? You owe it to your body to ensure your heart is health and spending 1 hour on the treadmill once a week can be very good for you. Or even better, go for a run and get outside of the gym environment for a change. You can embrace nature and run around a beautiful park, whilst giving your body the exercise it needs to remain happy and healthy. Cardio is something we should all make room for, and even if you’re looking to gain muscle and weight, you can do it with cardio in your workout too!
